I'm Skylar, based in Rock Hill, SC. I don't write code myself. I describe what I want to Claude Code and keep refining until it works. So far that's shipped a couple of websites, a free multilingual scripture-study app, and two always-on trading research bots with 800+ automated tests.
Three things I've built with Claude Code.
Websites
210 Thrifty Ninja: a simple storefront for my cousin's resale shop, with 380+ listings moved over from Vinted and a basic admin page for managing inventory.
Resumes by Skylar: a site for my side resume service, plus a small generator that makes Word resumes in 90+ style combinations.

A free scripture-study app: read texts side by side in many languages, in columns or verse by verse, on desktop or phone. It launched with 17 public-domain Bibles in 11 languages, including right-to-left Hebrew and Arabic, with more religions' texts coming.
Every text is imported by repeatable scripts from licence-verified public-domain sources. None of it is ever generated by AI. Verse numbering differences between traditions are mapped, so translations line up correctly or show an honest gap.
Always-on data systems
Two research systems that watch live markets around the clock and trade them with pretend money. Every idea has to prove itself on paper before real money is ever involved.
They started from a bare-bones starter prompt that didn't work. Now they're full systems with 820+ tests, live dashboards, daily reports, verified backups and phone alerts.
I build everything with Claude Code. I don't write the code myself. I describe what I want, run what comes back, and keep going until it works the way I pictured it.
Bigger projects start with a written plan and get built one phase at a time, so each piece works before the next one starts.
I run every version on my own desktop and phone, then go back with what's wrong or what's next.
Some projects can only go so far before they need real-world results. Those keep running and collecting, and the next step on the roadmap starts when there's enough to learn from.
Live on GitHub Pages, Cloudflare and Firebase, with tests, backups and alerts so things keep working when I'm not watching.

I'm Skylar Knapp. I currently work in HVAC installation. Before that I spent time in technical support leadership at General Motors, where I learned to troubleshoot under pressure and explain technical problems to people who just need them fixed.
On my own time I started building with Claude, first simple websites for my cousin and me, then bigger and bigger systems. What I'm good at isn't typing code. It's knowing what I want, describing it clearly, and refining it round after round until it actually works. I genuinely enjoy finding out how far AI can go.
I'm looking for roles in AI automation, AI implementation, or technical support and solutions for AI products, anywhere that needs someone who can turn "we should automate this" into something that actually runs.
